▪️ On its Instagram page, KOSMOS has started revealing games due out in the second half of 2026, including German-language editions of Tag Team: Arthur's Legacy, Moustache, Panorama, Cascadia: Alpine Lakes, Cities: City Achievements and Theaters, and Flip 7: With a Vengeance.

One of the two original titles announced so far is Die Legenden von Andor: Die Ewige Kälte – Das Licht der Dunkelklinge ("The Legends of Andor: The Eternal Frost – The Light of the Dark Blade"), an expansion for Michael Menzel's The Legends of Andor: The Eternal Frost that features new characters, new magical items, and two new legends featuring an ice giant and the eponymous Dunkelklinge.

The other is Das Spiel der Vögel ("The Game of Birds"), a game based on The Book of Birds, the third collaboration between artist Jackie Morris and writer Robert Macfarlane, with the previous two also being adapted as games: The Lost Words Card Game and The Lost Spells Card Game. In Morris' words:

The book took seven years to make, and centres around the seven wonders of birds, with seven species between each wonder. We had not intended it to take so long, but somehow from its conception it changed, grew, in size and content. Sometimes this is how books are.

While the two previous games came from Robert Hyde, Das Spiel der Vögel is the work of Michael Rieneck. At the start of a round, dice are rolled, with white dice granting advantages, black dice restrictions. You'll take birds cards from the game board into your hand for use as actions or placement in your display. Each bird features a wonder — nest, flight, feather, egg, beak, migration, or song — and ideally you can collect three cards of each wonder.

Thames & Kosmos UK has already announced an English-language edition of Birds — or Birds Card Game? — but not the Andor expansion. Thames & Kosmos in the U.S. has announced neither title.

▪️ In an April 21, 2026 Facebook post, Sébastien Dujardin of Pearl Games showed off a first look at Tempestia. No clues for now beyond this intriguing image..

▪️ Asmodee North America has passed along its June 2026 release calendar, and continuing the trend I noted in an early April 2026 post, few of the items listed originate from asmodee studios. In brief:

Out of twenty-nine items, only eleven come from within asmodee (via Edge and Atomic Mass), with none of them being standalone games.
