Scott Almes' two-player game Wine & Cheese was one of the first titles I wrote about on Board Game Beat, but German publisher Deep Print Games has another half-dozen titles on its 2026 schedule.

Bloom Kingdom
Christian Kudahl has co-designed multiple "cards with powers" games, such as The Glorious Guilds of Buttonville with Erik Andersson Sundén, the Combo Creatures line with Michael Løhde Andersen, and the Mindbug line with Skaff Elias, Richard Garfield, and Marvin Hegen, and now he's partnered with Thomas Weber for Bloom Kingdom, which debuted in early July 2026.
Bloom Kingdom consists of one hundred cards, with ten copies each of ten characters, each of which has a scoring condition and half of which have a "comes into play effect". Each turn, each player simultaneously reveals a card from their hand and adds it to the display, carrying out its effect, if needed. Once each player has only two cards in hand, you score those cards: the queen gives 3 points per queen/king pair on display, the unicorn is worth 3 points per unicorn on display if no other card type appears more frequently, the jester is worth 4 points per king on display if someone else tried to score a king, and so on.
All revealed cards remain on display as you play two more rounds, adding more cards to the display and thus increasing the point potential of each round.
Bounce It!
Christoph Cantzler's Bounce It! is an all-ages title that you can teach in seconds: Bounce the ball into the hole to score points. You can lock in those points, or go again, multiplying your points with each success. Miss, though, and the next player can grab the points you dropped if they find the net. Whoever reaches 42 points first wins.
Bounce It! lands on the German market on 30 August 2026.

Cubaneo
Cubaneo is a new edition of Michael Rieneck and Stefan Stadler's Cuba, which first appeared in 2007 from German publisher eggertspiele. (Peter Eggert was one of the founding members of Deep Print Games in 2020 and is currently the company's CCO.) This edition includes the El Presidente expansion from 2009 and will hit retail outlets on 30 October 2026 after debuting during SPIEL Essen 26.
Cubaneo is set prior to the Cuba Revolution that took place in the 1950s, with players buying, selling, and shipping rum and cigars; constructing buildings that occupy space previously used for production; and trying to control which two bills become laws of the four revealed at the start of each round. Ideally you want to position yourself to take advantage of those bills, such as paying duties and taxes that earn you points for being a good citizen, but you also need to secure the votes in parliament to make those bills law.
Rooms & Roomies
Another 30 October 2026 release is Rooms & Roomies, the debut design of Juri Alexander. In this 1-5 player game, you spend each day going to the furniture store to acquire new items for your apartment, but you can also pick up a new roomie as well at the café. Who knew it was so easy to pack your place with new pals?!

You need to fit all of the purchased items on your truck in order to transport them home, and after four days of reckless spending, you'll see who has best satisfied the desires of their new roomies and has therefore created the happiest home.

Familiar Feat
Friedemann Friese designs far more games than he can publish on his own through his 2F-Spiele company, so he's been pitching games to other publishers, with Deep Print picking up the solitaire game Familiar Feat. Given how much I love his 2017 solitaire game Finished! — four hundred plays on the app version! — I'll be looking forward to more details, whether during its debut at SPIEL Essen 26 or when the game reaches retail outlets on 29 November 2026.
For now, here's an overview of the game from the publisher:
The fairytale castle has been overrun by monsters! Grab your familiars, cuddle up with more creatures along the way to recruit them, and liberate the castle with your mighty party! But don't take too long; only by reaching the castle quickly can you ensure you don't lose too many familiars along the way because you'll need every helping hand and paw!

This unusual deck-building game for one person comes with continuously increasing difficulty levels – and a large dose of cuteness!
Familiar Feat takes up little table space and is therefore perfect for train journeys or passing the time while waiting.
Deckers: Duplicity
Deckers: Duplicity is an expansion for Richard Wilkins' card game Deckers, which debuted in 2025 and which was a revised version of his 2018 game Renegade. (You can read Wilkins' story of the game's creation in this designer diary.) Given that this is an expansion, the publisher's description is somewhat puzzling:
In Duplicity, nothing on the network is as it first appears. A new SMC is constantly shifting between two states, demanding ever-changing tactics. To counter this threat, the new, two-tone Deckers can flip their profile cards to gain a different ability. Dive right into the action with the two new missions and combine the new content with the base game to challenge old foes in fresh ways.
If you're already familiar with Deckers, you can check out the three Duplicity preview posts on the Deep Print Games website for more details.
