Shipping timing

• Annual Deluxe: We ship your dice bag shortly after you join.
• Monthly Deluxe: We ship the bag after 4 consecutive months at the Deluxe Edition tier.

Why 4 months?
We’re a tiny operation shipping worldwide; the monthly requirement helps ensure we send these exclusive perks only to long-term Deluxe Edition supporters, and not one-month test drives.

Where we ship

• U.S. and Canada
• Most EU and major international destinations supported by Pirate Ship’s Simple Export Rate
• In rare cases where postal or legal restrictions prevent shipping, we’ll arrange a digital alternative.

Packages ship from the U.S. by economy mail. We keep the declared value low and describe it as a small member gift, which usually avoids extra fees. (Customs and VAT vary by country; local handling charges are out of our hands.)

How many gifts?

One gift per Deluxe Edition member account per year. We’ll send each new yearly gift around your anniversary date.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Upgrade benefits apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period

Annual plans renew automatically. To avoid surprises, please add a reminder the week before renewal.

Our payment system also sends an automatic renewal email one week before your plan renews. Monthly reminders cannot be disabled, but you can safely ignore them if you plan to stay subscribed.

We’re committed to maintaining a welcoming environment. We reserve the right to remove email subscribers or members if needed to keep this space healthy for everyone.

You are not required to use your real name on your membership.

There are no refunds on completed membership payments.
